"My Onliness" at FITS 2025 was an experience hard to put into words - somewhere between absurd theater, cabaret, and a sensory borderline experience: a grotesque play about power, obsession, and the depths of human nature. Director and lead actor Daniel Irizarry slips into the role of a mad king - the childishly eccentric Mad King, who desperately tries to impress a mysterious guest. But instead of a classic story, the audience is treated to a wild mix of music, quirky characters, absurd scenes, and direct interaction - including the possibility of being offered a sip of rum by the king himself. And despite all the abysses and existential questions, there is plenty to laugh about in this play - at the grotesque, the exaggeration, the absurd logic of madness.

The production, inspired by the writings of Polish artist Witkacy, feels more like a fever dream than a traditional play. Everything is exaggerated, loud, touching— and at times surprisingly tender. Songs about truth and pain, sign language as an independent form of expression, and a stage that transforms into an entire cosmos: "My Onliness" isn't a theater to sit back and relax, but one that appeals to all the senses -quirky, bold, and definitely unforgettable.
